Blood drives planned in Ewing, Clearwater

Blood donors will have two opportunities to donate blood in the upcoming weeks.

On Tuesday, Jan. 28, a blood drive will be held at the Ewing city hall. Donations will begin at noon and continue through 6 p.m.

On Tuesday, Feb. 4, the Red Cross will conduct a drive in Clearwater at the American Legion.

Donations will be accepted from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Appointments may be scheduled online.

Donors are reminded to bring photo identification or donor card.

"Eat breakfast or lunch and drink plenty of water prior to donation blood," officials said.

Individuals who donate between Jan. 27 and Feb. 28 will receive a $15 E-gift card.
