REORGANIZATION MEETING
VILLAGE OF Ewing BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Village Clerk, Sharon Swails, called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. Notice was given to the posted location of the open meetings law.
Board members present were Dustin Jorgensen, Kane Fry, Katie Cunningham, Jeremy Tuttle and Kent Stallbaum. Also present were Heather Wood, Mandy Spangler, Don Ruroede, Scott Schindler of the Summerland Advocate-Messenger, Alan Potter and Sharon Swails.
Village Clerk Sharon Swails, administered the oath of office to the newly-elected board members, Jeremy Tuttle and Kent Stallbaum.
Items approved: chairman, Kane Fry; chairman pro-tem, Dustin Jorgensen; reorganization chairman, Kane Fry; Chair pro-tem, Dusitn Jorgensen; dump department, Dustin Jorgensen; street department, Jeremy Tuttle; water/sewer department, Kent Stallbaum; cemetery department, Kane Fry; park department, Katie Cunningham; newspaper, Summerland Advocate-Messenger; village attorney: Joe McNally, McNally Law Office; accountant, Dana F. Cole & Company; bank, Chambers/Ewing Bank; law enforcement, part-time officer, John Shaver; engineer, Miller & Associates; street superintendent, Reed Miller; maintenance, Alan Potter; village clerk/treasurer, Sharon Swails.
Engagement letter with Dana F. Cole & Co, for completing the audit;

Motion to go into closed session to discussed personnel at 7:21 p.m.;
Motion to come out of closed session at 8:20 p.m.
Hire Jennifer Ramold as the new village clerk at $16.50 per hour.
Meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
