Six actors receive acting honors

The Summerland Bobcat one-act team presented Jerome McDonough’s Dirge, Nov. 19, at the Greater Northeast Activities Conference competition held at Elkhorn Valley in Tilden.

"The team received great critiques to help improve their performance," said coach Julie Harley.

Recognized for outstanding performance were Talya Nilson, Lenora Kester, Raina Krebs, Mathew Umphress, Carlee Livingston and Aubrey Parker.

Other members of the cast include Addisyn Fletcher, Sydni McConnell, Kyah Bruhn, Ava Cleveland, Brylie Billings, Reagan Parker, Katelyn Kester and Jennie Mejia Moncada.

Crew members include Brandon Pruden, Zander Tabbert, Kalix Bruhn, Ruger Switzer, Parker Napier, and Alec Schindler.

The team will holda public performance Tuesday, Dec. 3 at 7:30 p.m., and will compete on Dec. 4 at 8:30 a.m., at districts hosted at West Holt in Atkinson.
