Paving Project

VILLAGE OF CLEARWATER

The Village of Clearwater Board of Trustees will accept sealed bids until 1 p.m., Dec. 6, 2024, for removing four inches of asphalt millings and replacing with four inches of asphalt within village limits. Said bids are for paving using bidder-furnished materials. Prices should be per square foot. Successful bidder will supply the specified product from Jan. 15, 2025, to Dec. 1, 2025. All work is to be done according to village specifications. Contractor must supply traffic control and signage. A completed Form W-9 and certificate of insurance and bonding will be required before work begins. Form 13 and Form 17 will be provided by the village. Questions may be directed to Clerk Angie Hupp at 402-485-2365. Sealed bids may be brought or mailed to the Village Office, 626 Main St., PO Box 116, Clearwater, NE 68726 to be opened during the regular board meeting on Dec. 9, 2024 at 7 p.m., in the Clearwater fire hall meeting room. Envelopes should be marked in the lower right-hand corner with the wording, “Paving Bid.” The village board of trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
