The Antelope County Commissioners intend to sell to the highest bidder a 1991 International Model 9400, with a 13-speed road runner transmission and a 3406 B engine - missing top end. The intention is to sell for parts only. Buyer will be presented with a notarized bill of sale after acceptance of bid. It is located at the Neligh barn for inspection.
