ASAP meeting planned

The North Central Community Care Partnership, a local non-profit organization, and the Area Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition invite community members to the Nov. 8 meeting, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Holt County annex Office, 128 N. 6th Street, in O’Neill.
