Notice is hereby given that Cottonwood Ridge, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, has filed a statement of dissolution with the Nebraska Secretary of State on Sept. 6, 2024, and the LLC is in the process of voluntary dissolution. Anyone with a valid claim against the company shall submit written claim and proof thereof to the attorney named below. Unless a creditor had received written notice of an earlier deadline, any claim against the company will be barred unless an action to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after the third publication of this notice.
