Northeast Nebraska Telephone Company has been recognized as a 2024 Smart Rural Community Showcase Award winner. The announcement was made by The Rural Broadband Association Chief Executive Officer Shirley Bloomfield during a conference hosted by the NTCA on Sept. 30.
