Prospects set to play in league championship

Prospects fall league baseball team, consisting of players from the Tri-County Titans and O'Neill Irish, will compete in Sunday's noon championship round of the 2024 Sioux City-area World Series of fall league baseball.

The Prospects enter as the top seed with a 7-1 fall record and only 14 runs given up on the season.

Tri-County team members on the Prospects roster include Wyatt Shabram, Connor Thomson, Ryan Rifer, Jacob Pierzina, Jake Schroeder and Max Bruce.

Team members from the O'Neill Irish are Kol Otten, Beau Butterfield, Nate Brown, James Eby and Daniel Kluver.
