NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Village of Clearwater BOARD OF TRUSTEES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Clearwater will be held Monday, Oct. 14 at 7:05 p.m., at the fire hall meeting room and will be open to the public. Hearing will be held during the regular board meeting.

Purpose of the meeting is to hear public opinion regarding planning commission recommendation of possible annexation of parcel nos. 000660200, 000660500 and 000660501.

An agenda for the hearing is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the office of the Village Clerk. Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the hearing.
