No action following discussion of commodities. Correspondence was reviewed. Treasurer’s fund balance, treasurer miscellaneous revenue report, treasurer sweep account statement; clerk of the district court miscellaneous report, sheriff’s fee report for August were reviewed.
Zoning administrator report; monthly report, and approved an administrative plat.
Approved GIS sponsorship change.
Held public hearing for the closing of 865th Road. Approved closing one mile of 865th Road.
No action on road foreman position.
Met with Village of Clearwater board regarding repairs to River Road and Nebraska street.
Approved purchase of two v-plows per bid.
Road superintendent report: Approved two underground permits, and one access permit. Discussed various road and bridge issues. Loaner motor grader in place while county’s grader is down.
