Summerland's high school cross country squads traveled to Indian Hills Golf Course, near Beemer, Sept. 5, for the Wisner-Pilger Invite.
They faced what many runners consider "Dead Man's Hill," a steep incline leading to the last two-thirds of the 5K race.
Times were unavailable at press time. While there were no Bobcat medalists, each individual competitor showed improvement. Competitors included Xander Cepel, Jorden Cox, Luke Kester, Lenora Kester, Aubrey Parker and Carlee Livingston....
