Holt County Supervisors set hearing date for solar project

Holt County Supervisors will listen to public comment and hear from VRDG, LLC officials about a proposed 325-megawatt commercial solar conversion system when they meet on Sept. 16.

The public hearing is scheduled to start at 10:30 a.m., in the supervisors’ room at the Holt County Courthouse.

The proposed facility will be in both Knox and Holt counties.

Approximately 300 Holt County acres would be used in the project, with the balance of construction set to take place in Knox County....
