Conditional Use Permit for VRDG LLC

The Holt County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Sept. 16, 2024, at 10:30 a.m., during its regular monthly board meeting in the supervisors’ room, 204 North 4th Street, O’Neill, Nebraska 68763, to review and act on the application for conditional use permit filed by VRDG, LLC for a commercial solar conversion system in Knox County and Holt County approximately 10 miles west and northwest of Verdigre. At the public hearing, VRDG, LLC will explain the need for the proposed facility and the type of facility and real property owners in any of the counties in which the proposed facility will be located will have an opportunity to comment on the proposed facility.
