Notice is hereby given that Maxjaebritakin Farms, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, has filed a statement of dissolution with the Nebraska Secretary of State on Aug. 20, 2024, and the LLC is in the process of voluntary dissolution. Anyone with a valid claim against the company shall submit written claim and proof thereof to the company at the following address: 52811 861st Rd. Brunswick, NE 68720. Unless a creditor had received written notice of an earlier deadline, any claim against the company will be barred unless an action to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after the third publication of this notice.
