Warrants issued by Holt County judge

The Honorable Kale Burdick signed warrants for the arrests of four individuals during the first two weeks of August.

Dylan E. Mullenburg, 29, of O’Neill is wanted on nine counts, three of them Class 3A felonies, third-offense driving under the influence of alcohol, high test, child abuse and false imprisonment. He is also charged with transporting a child while intoxicated, willful reckless driving, criminal mischief, two counts of leaving the scene of accidents and false reporting. An affidavit was filed Aug. 2, by Holt County investigator Steven Binkerd following his investigation into a June 12 crash and damages incurred to rural mailboxes and county roads. Burdick signed a warrant for his arrest Aug. 6. Bond is set at $15,000, 10% cash.

Burdick signed a warrant for the arrest of Chad Rokahr, who failed to appear Aug. 6 for preliminary hearing on burglary and theft, $1,500-$4,999, alleged March 29. Bond is set at $25,000, 10%.

Oliver Garcia Cazares, 29, of O’Neill failed to appear on four counts alleged June 6 in O’Neill. He was scheduled for further arraignment on charges including driving during revocation/impound, first offense, a Class 2 misdemeanor; driving under the influence of alcohol, a Class 1 misdemeanor; careless driving, an infraction and possession of open alcohol container, an infraction. Bond is set at $10,000, 10%.

A warrant was also issued for Shaylin S. Talbot, 23, of Atkinson, who failed to appear on a June 21 allegation of operating a vehicle without proof of ownership, a Class 3 misdemeanor. Bond is set at $3,000, 10%.
