The regular monthly meeting of the Village Board of Page was held Monday, Aug. 12, 2024, at the village office. This meeting was conducted in compliance with the Nebraska Open Meetings Act and the Open Meeting Laws are posted at the village office.

Chair Linquist called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Trustees VanEvery, Tyrrell, Leichleiter and Campbell present. Also present: Dan Forde, Doug Cunningham, Wendy Helzer and Cora Calkins. Absent: none.

Motion by Tyrrell, second by Campbell, to approve minutes of the July 8, 2024, regular meeting as presented. Passed: all ayes.

Motion by Tyrrell, second by Campbell, to pay claims presented. Tyrrell, Campbell and Linquist - aye. Leichleiter and VanEvery abstained.

Actions taken:

2024-2025 Dana Cole engagement: Motion by Tyrrell, second by VanEvery, to engage Dana Cole & Assoc. for 2024-2025. Passed: all ayes.

Page Development Corporation Liquor License Renewal (Class C): No objections were filed. Motion by Campbell, second by VanEvery, to approve renewal of the Class C liquor license. Passed: all ayes.

Parcel split request: S. Mosel – Motion by VanEvery, second by Campbell, to approve parcel division as indicated on assessor documents filed with the village. Passed: all ayes.

Motion by Campbell, second by Tyrrell, to adjourn. Passed: all ayes.
