ORDINANCE NO. 444

AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF Ewing, NEBRASKA, SETTING AND ESTABLISHING WAGES AND SALARIES FOR VILLAGE EMPLOYEES; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF Ewing, NEBRASKA:

SECTION 1. That commencing from and after Aug. 1, 2024, the wages/salaries of village employees be and hereby are established as follows:

Clerk-treasurer.........$17.51/hour

Police chief..............$25.75/hour

Maintenance..... $35,104.05/year

Seasonal employee..$16.48/hour

Part-time employee.$13.39/hour

SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict are hereby re­pealed.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall go into force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
