Antelope County, Nebraska, described as follows: Beginning at a point 1,453.12 feet east of the northwest section corner, thence 840 feet south, thence 1,163.24 feet east, thence 840 feet north, thence 1,163.24 feet west to the point of beginning, real names unknown, defendants.

You and each of you are hereby notified that Roland E. Young filed a complaint in the District Court of Antelope County, Nebraska, against you, and each of you, the object and prayer of which its to quiet the title of the following described real estate, to-wit: Northwest Quarter (NW¼) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Twenty-six (26) North, Range Five (5) West of the 6th P.M. excepting a tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 26 North, Range 5 West of the 6th P.M. Antelope County, Nebraska, described as follows: Beginning at a point 1,453.12 feet east of the northwest section corner, thence 840 feet south, thence 1,163.24 feet east, thence 840 feet north, thence 1,163.24 feet west to the point of beginning. Failure of any defendant to answer to file an answer with the court within 30 days after the third week of publication will result in said defendant or defendants to be in default.
