Valuation protests, budget review fill supervisors' agenda

Holt County Supervisors will hear real estate valuation protests when they meet as a board of equalization, July 17, in O'Neill.The BOE will also review a destroyed property report , as well as receive a three-year plan of assessment from the assessor.

The board of equalization will meet at 8:15 a.m., with the supervisor meeting set to start at 9:15.

Budgets for the upcoming year will be reviewed, beginning at 10 a.m.

Supervisors will also receive a Semiannual report from the county treasurer and listen to a quarterly report for weed superintendent Bill Babutzke.
