NOTICE OF MERGER OF ST. JOHN’S CHURCH OF DELOIT, ST. FRANCIS CHURCH OF Neligh, CHURCH OF OUR LADY OF MOUNT CARMEL, AND ST. THERESA’S CHURCH OFCLEARWATER INTO ST. PETER’S DE ALCANTARA CHURCH OF EWING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the merger of St. John’s Church of Deloit, St. Francis Church of Neligh, Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, and St. Theresa’s Church of Clearwater, each of which is a Nebraska nonprofit religious corporation, into St. Peter’s de Alcantara Church of Ewing, a Nebraska nonprofit religious corporation, and the surviving corporation. The merger became effective on July 1, 2024. As a result of the merger, St. Peter’s de Alcantara Church of Ewing was renamed Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish.
