Historical society to host chicken dinner fundraiser

Bring an appetite to Orchard, Thursday, for a drive-through chicken dinner.

At the Rex Theatre, Orchard Historical Society members will be serving a two-piece chicken dinner, with macaroni salad, baked beans, dinner rolls and a cookie for a free-will donation, with a suggested price of $12.

Drive-through service will begin at 5 p.m. and continue until 7 or until gone.
