NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION VILLAGE OF CLEARWATER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing of the Planning Commission of the Village of Clearwater will be held Monday, June 17, 2024, at 9 a.m., at the fire hall meeting room and will be open to the public.

Purpose of the meeting is to discuss recommendation for a conditional use permit for Rustin and Angie Fletcher at 204 Second St. They are tearing down the existing building and constructing a new daycare facility and as the property lies in single-family residential zoning, a permit is required for the new construction’s intended use.

An agenda for the hearing is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the office of the village clerk. Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the hearing.
