On a chilly Saturday, rain and wind kept a damper on the Niobrara Valley Conference Track Meet, held in Atkinson.
The Lady Cats finished sixth in team standings, with a lineup of usual suspects in the hunt for medals.
Several athletes set personal records, despite the conditions.
Bailey Ahlers and Lydia Robertson placed second and third, respectively, in high jump. Ahlers cleared 5' two inches and Robertson, 4' 10.
Robertson brought home a fourth-place medal in triple jump, reaching 32 feet.
Preslie Robertson took a bronze medal home. She ran 18.34 in the 100m hurdles.
The 4x100 team, made up of Jaycee Reynolds, Lydia Robertson, Ahlers and Caydence Schumacher, finished fifth.
Lenora Kester ended in eighth place in the 100m hurdles. She ran 18.98. Kester finished sixth in the 300m race, running 54.74. Kester landed in eighth place in triplejump. She reached 30' 6.5 inches.
In the 4x400 relay, Paula Gomez, Sierra Thomson, Savannah Gallagher and Talya Nilson sprinted to a ninth-place finish. They ran 5:06.30.

Adyson Mlnarik: shot put, 17th, 27' 3.5 inches; discus, 17th, 84' seven inches; and
Schumacher: high jump, ninth, 4' six inches; triple jump, seventh, 30' seven inches.
