Neligh clerk named to board

Three new League Association of Nebraska members began three-year terms on the LARM board of directors this month. LARM is a Nebraska risk- management pool providing risk management services and insurance coverages to Nebraska cities, villages and other governmental agencies.

New board members are Jim Bulkley, mayor of Columbus; M. Layne Groseth, city administrator/utilities director of North Platte; and Dana Klabenes, clerk/treasurer of Neligh. Fifteen members serve on the board, including Rachel Felzien, Franklin; Don Groesser, Ralston; Joey Spellerberg, Fremont; Chris Rector, Holdrege; Josh Moenning, Norfolk; Gwenda Horky, Sargent; Pat Heath, Gering; Tom Ourada, Crete; Sandra Schendt, Nelson; Deb VanMatre, Gibbon; Connie Jo Beck, St. Paul; and Pam Buethe, Sanitary Improvement District 29.
