The Page community day Club is hosting a soup cook-off on Sunday, Feb. 4 at the new firehall.
All funds raised will go toward events scheduled during Page community day, which will be Saturday, July 20.
Contestants are invited to cook a roaster full of their best soup recipe to be entered in the contest. The soup will be the entry fee.
Judging will begin at 4:30 p.m., and doors will be open to the public from 5 to 7 p.m.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three entrants.
Cost for individuals 13 and over wanting all-you-can-eat soups and dessert will be $10, $5 for ages 5 to 12 and those under five will be free.
To enter the contest or donate bars, call Joni Isom at 402-340-0924. Dessert items may be dropped off at the new firehall the afternoon of the event.
If individuals are unable to attend, but would still like to donate to the fund, contact any member of the Page community day Club.
