Zoning administrator's report. Reappointed one planning commission member.

Set 2024 committees.

Road superintendent report. Tabled access report. No action on grader blades. Accepted bid for intersection paving. Approved placing of razor tracking on road superintendent and road foreman’s pickups.

Approved 2024 depositories. Authorized clerk to advertise for District 5 commissioner.

Approved promotional grant.
