Child abuse case go to drug court

A 29-year-old O’Neill woman has been given the opportunity to resolve her felony case through the North Central Problem Solving Court.

Paige X. Williams appeared in Holt County district court Oct. 30, facing the Honorable Mark Kozisek on a Class 3A felony child abuse charge.

A plea deal was announced, which included Williams pleading guilty in exchange for Holt County attorney Brent Kelly’s agreement not to oppose deferment of sentencing.
