Duplex open house announced

The new duplex project in Clearwater will be unveiled Aug. 10, during an open house.

The two-bedroom unit, located at 612 Utah Street, will be open from 1 to 5 p.m.

The duplex was made possible with a $221,000 Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund grant.

Stearns Construction, of Clearwater, served as developer of the project.
