ORDINANCE NO. 2023-3

VILLAGE OF CLEARWATER

AN ORDINANCE OF THE Village of Clearwater, Antelope County, NEBRASKA, SETTING WAGES FOR SUMMER HELP, BEGINNING MAY 8, 2023; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND VILLAGE BOARD OF THE Village of Clearwater, NEBRASKA:

SECTION 1. That there be and hereby is an established wage for summer maintenance help, as follows:

Summer Help 1 - $15.00 per hour

Summer Help 2 - $12.00 per hour

SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall go into force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
