The regular monthly meeting of the Village Board of Page was held Monday, Feb. 13, 2023, at the village office. This meeting was in compliance with the Nebraska Open Meetings Act and the Open Meeting Laws are posted at the village office.
Chair Linquist called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Trustees VanEvery and Tyrrell present. Also present: Cora Calkins. Absent: Leichleiter and Bartak.
Motion by Tyrrell, second by VanEvery to approve minutes of the Jan. 9, 2023, regular meeting as presented. Passed: all ayes.
Claims paid: GF: A&J Towing, towing, $198.00; Cole Sand & Gravel, ice control, $180.00; Dana Cole & Co., prof. fees, $2,075.00; Great Plains Comm., telephone expense, $122.95; Hwy alloc savings, match, $622.00; Holt Co. Trustee Bartak joined meeting at 7:35 p.m.

Animal Permit: Christensen. Motion by Bartak, second by VanEvery, to approve permit. Passed: all ayes.
Complete Pest Elimination contract for 2023: Motion by Bartak, second by Tyrrell, to contract for mosquito spraying. Passed: all ayes.
Parallel parking in front of Kountry Korner Cafe: Motion by VanEvery, second by Bartak, to deny the change to diagonal parking. Passed: all ayes.
Motion by Bartak, second by Tyrrell, to adjourn. Passed: all ayes.
Adjourned at 8:18 p.m.
