Funeral services for Jeanette A. Thiele, 87, of Clearwater, will be Thursday, Jan. 12, at 10 a.m., at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church in Clearwater, with Father John Norman officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 11, from 5 to 7 p.m., with a 7 p.m. wake service at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church. Burial will be at St. Theresa’s Catholic Cemetery. Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Clearwater will be handling the arrangements. Jeanette died Sunday, Jan. 8, at Arbor Care Center in Neligh. Jeanette Anne (Moser) Thiele was born Aug. 9, 1935, to Alois (A.V.) and Mary (Mackel) Moser at Raeville. She attended school at St. Bonaventure in Raeville and graduated with the Class of 1953. She went to college at Wayne State College for teaching. She taught at St. Bonaventure and country school. On June 14, 1958, she was united in marriage to Louis Thiele. Jeanette loved spending time with her family. She also enjoyed reading her Bible, going to cattle sales, watching horse races and going to rodeos. She also always enjoyed hearing hunting stories from her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Louis Thiele of Clearwater; children, Joe (Carol) Thiele of Clearwater; Dean Thiele of Clearwater; Dan (Kris) Thiele of Buffalo, Wyoming; Ted (Colleen) Thiele of Atkinson; Pete (Joan) Thiele of Oakland; Jim (Leenda) Thiele of Clearwater; and Mary (Arnold) Talero of Martell; 22 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and sister, Caroline Kallhoff of LaVista

Jeanette is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Michael, in infancy; and sister, Phyllis Keller.
