ORDINANCE NO. 441

VILLAGE OF EWING

AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF Ewing, Holt County, NEBRASKA, AMENDING THE RATES FOR THE USE OF WATER PROVIDED BY THE VILLAGE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND VILLAGE Board of Trustees of the Village of Ewing, NEBRASKA:

Section 1. That the following monthly rates be and the same hereby are adopted and imposed upon the users of water provided by the village:

Flat rate, 1” meter $23.50 per hookup

Flat rate, 1.5” meter $36.00 per hookup

Flat rate, 2” meter $47.00 per hookup

Flat rate, 3” meter $66.00 per hookup

Per gallon rate $1.50 per 1,000 gallons

Section 2. That the following monthly rate be and the same hereby is adopted and imposed upon the users of the village sewer system:

Flat rate $35.00 per hookup

Section 3. The above and foregoing water and sewer rates shall be effective from and after Jan. 1, 2023.

Section 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

Section 5. This ordinance shall go into force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
