The Ewing Board of Trustees convened in regular session, Aug. 8, 2022, at 7, in the City Hall. Notice of the meeting was published Aug. 3, 2022, in the Summerland Advocate.
An agenda was kept current and on file at the village clerk’s office.
Chairman James Ramold called the meeting ot order at 7 p.m. Notice was given tot he posted location of the open meetings law.
Board members present were Kane Fry, Dustin Jorgensen, Dustin Wright, Bill Graber and Ramold. Also present were Vonnie Thramer, Jeremy Tuttle, Ray Spangler, Loretta Spangler, Ruth Williams, Linda Wingett, Kathy Long, Randall Tuttle, Don Ruroede, Randy Kaczor, Ed Nordby, Rita Anson, Gina and Kevin Koenig, LuAnn Schindler of Summerland Advocate-Messenger, David Schroeter of Nebraska Rural Water Association, Ryan Schrunk, Alan Potter and Sharon Swails.

Motion by Wright, seconded by Fry, to make an offer with a publicly undisclosed dollar amount for all the Ewing school properties and contents, with no sales tax contingency. Voting aye: Wright, Fry. Nay: Ramold, Graber, Jorgensen. Absent: none. Motion failed.
