Michael F. Doty, 29, of Page faced the Honorable Donna Taylor in the Antelope County courtroom in Neligh on Aug. 3 for further arraignment on two Class 3A felony counts of making terroristic threats and a Class 3 misdemeanor count of disturbing the peace, all alleged June 28 in Orchard, following a residential fire in Page. Doty waived his right to preliminary hearing and was bound over to Antelope County district court, where he is set for arraignment Aug. 31 on the two felonies. The misdemeanor count was dismissed by Antelope County Attorney Joe Abler, without prejudice. Doty was remanded to the custody of Antelope County sheriff Robert Moore, pending posting 10% of a $20,000 bond. He is represented by Antelope County public defender Pat Carney of Norfolk.
Lisa M. Dugal, 56, of Neligh appeared for a probation violation hearing. Dugal admitted she violated terms of probation as alleged in a motion filed by Abler on April 5, indicating Dugal failed to produce sample for testing and signed a refusal document March 21 and failed to appear at the probation office as instructed the following day. Taylor ordered an update from Dugal’s probation officer, as to her performance while on probation and any recommendations. Dugal was reminded she remains on probation and is to comply with all conditions. She was placed on probation Feb. 3 for conviction of false reporting. She is represented by court-appointed attorney Kyle Peterson of Tilden.
Aaron C. Poellot, 38, of Osmond, was granted continuance until Sept. 7, of his pretrial hearing on a Class 2 misdemeanor theft charge, related to a May 2 gas drive-off from Royal One Stop. Personal recognizance bond of $1,500, filed May 17, is continued. He is represented by Carney.
Toni L. Golden, 38, of Royal was granted continuance of her pretrial hearing until Sept. 7 on two counts alleged May 8 near Orchard. She is charged with driving under the influence, (more than .15) second offense, a Class 1 misdemeanor, and speeding, 86 mph in 65 mph zone, an infraction. She is represented by Martin Klein of Neligh.
Arraignment for Scott A. Wesemann, 40, of Fremont is continued to Aug. 17, on a Class 3 misdemeanor, driving under suspension/before reinstated, alleged June 3, 2020. Bond posted July 24, in the amount of $1,500, 10%, is continued. A warrant that was issued for his arrest after Wesemann failed to appear in court Aug. 5, 2020, was served July 24, by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Department.
Further arraignment for Anthony S. Osborne, 42, of Valentine is continued to Sept. 7, on a Class 2 misdemeanor charge, driving during revocation, subsequent offense, alleged April 7, in Neligh. PR bond of $1,500 is continued. He is represented by Carney.
