ORDINANCE NO. 2022-10
VILLAGE OF CLEARWATER
AN ORDINANCE OF THE Village of Clearwater, Antelope County, NEBRASKA, CHANGING A CERTAIN ZONING AREA WITHIN THE VILLAGE; PROVIDING FOR CHANGES TO THE ZONING MAP; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE Village of Clearwater, NEBRASKA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the recommendation of the Clearwater Planning Commission and following public hearing by this body in regard to the question of changing the zoning districts within the Village, the following-described property, to-wit:
An irregular tract of land located in the NW 1/4 of Section 6, Township 25 N, Range 7 W of the 6th P.M., Antelope County, Nebraska, described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said NW 1/4; thence N 89°32’02” E (assumed bearing) on the south line of said NW 1/4, a distance of 1986.07 feet; thence N 00°27’58” W perpendicular to said south line of the NW 1/4, a distance of 57.33 feet to the north right of way line of U.S. Highway #275, being a curve concave northerly having a radius of 3764.72 feet, also being the True point of beginning; thence easterly on said north right of way line and said curve, an arc distance of 79.31 feet through an angle of 01°12’25”; thence N 89°07’35” E on said north right of way line, a distance of 187.25 feet; thence N 04°06’37” E, a distance of 336.31 feet; thence N 79°45’05” W, a distance of 275.08 feet; thence S 02°57’44” W, a distance of 384.88 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.241 acres of land, more or less, shall hereafter be designated as Large Lot Residential and shall be governed by the Residential District regulations of the zoning ordinance of the Village.
SECTION 2. The Clearwater village clerk be and hereby is instructed to cause the official zoning map of the Village of Clearwater to reflect this change.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall go into force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
