The Ewing Village Board of Trustees convened in regular session on March 14, 2022, at 7 p.m., at the City Hall. Notice of the meeting was published March 9, 2022, in the Summerland Advocate. An agenda was kept current and on file at the village clerk’s office.

Chairman James Ramold called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Notice was given to the posted location of the open meetings law.

Board members present were Kane Fry, Dustin Jorgensen, Dustin Wright, and James Ramold. Absent was Bill Graber. Also present were Kathleen Jorgensen, Joe Funk, Shelby Regan, Don Ruroede, LuAnn Schindler from Summerland Advocate-Messenger and Sharon Swails. Daryl Guthard, from Bud’s Sanitary Service, arrived at 7:15 pm.

Minutes of the February 14, 2022 regular meeting;

An increase of $1.25 per month, per active water meter, for trash pick-up by Bud’s Sanitary Service;

Miller’s update our cemetery maps so we have one map for the office;

Approve Joe Funk for $58,000.00 to cement the entrance roads at the cemetery, going all the way to Summerland Road;

Planning/Zoning Commission: Jeremy Tuttle, Mark Hoffman, Eddie Rotherham, Elaine Stallbaum and Chantelle Dempster;

LB840 Finance Committee: Scott Young, Craig Bollwitt, Chris Dierks, Ernie Whiting and Mike Graber;

LB840 Advisory Committee: Mark Ramold, Rita Anson, Karmen Rotherham, Thomas Thramer and Erin Graber.

Claims for Housing Rehab EWNG-16: DW’s Heating & Air in amount of $6,400.00; CDS Inspection & Administration in amount of $768.00; CDS Inspection & Administration in amount of $500.00;

Meeting adjourned at 8:10 pm. Complete set of minutes on file at the village office.
