Casey N. Fulgium, 35, of Conroe, Texas, appeared in front of the Honorable Donna Taylor in the Antelope County courtroom last Wednesday, Sept. 1, for further arraignment on a Class 1 misdemeanor count of third-degree domestic assault, alleged July 16 in Neligh. He requested court-appointed counsel, telling Taylor, although he had indicated at his first appearance that he would hire his own attorney, he could not afford one because he was paying double rent. Taylor appointed Martin Klein of Neligh and continued arraignment to Oct. 6. Bond, posted July 17, in the amount of $10,000, 10% cash, is continued as well.
Fulgium requested a condition of his bond to have no contact with his wife be lifted. Taylor told him to consult his attorney.
Misty D. Fulguim, 34, of Neligh appeared for further arraignment on a Class 2 misdemeanor count, assault by mutual consent. She pleaded not guilty and requested jury trial. Pretrial hearing is set Oct. 6. She is represented by public defender Melissa Figueroa of Norfolk.
Dustin W. Rosberg, 33, of Petersburg appeared alongside his attorney, Ron Temple of Norfolk, for further arraignment on Count I, driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense, a Class W misdemeanor, and Count II, possession of an open alcohol container, an infraction, both alleged July 25 on Nebraska Highway 45.
If convicted of Count I, Rosberg faces a potential fine up to $500 and/or seven to 60 days in jail, as well as a six-month revocation of his driver’s license. Count 2 is a waiverable offense and carries a recommended $25 fine. Rosberg pleaded not guilty to both counts and requested jury trial. Pretrial hearing is set Oct. 20. Bond posted July 25, in the amount of $1,500, 10%, is continued.
Anthony Williams, 29, of Wayne appeared for further arraignment on an amended complaint charging him with counts I and II, third-degree assault and Count III, obstructing government operations, Class 1 misdemeanors, and Count IV, disturbing the peace, a Class 3 misdemeanor, all alleged June 27 at a Clearwater concert. Convictions of counts I through III each carry a potential fine up to $1,000 and/or one year in jail, and Count IV, up to a $500 fine and/or 90 days.
He requested continuance to consult with his attorney. Taylor continued arraignment to Oct. 6. Bond, in the amount of $4,000, 10%, posted June 28, is also continued.
