Donation

Kelly Kerkman, representing the Clearwater Sons of the American Legion, presents a $500 donation to the Clearwater Historical Society, Aug. 11, from proceeds of wing night. Historical society members also held a raffle to raise funds to remodel its future home, located at the south end of Main Street. Raffle winners include Chris McKillip, 12 yards of gravel, donated by Spud Sand and Gravel; Shelly Mlnarik, a quarter of beef, with processing, donated by Scotty's Manure; Jeremy Hankla, a hardbound book of graduation composite photos from Clearwater Public School, sponsored by Kathy Patras and a 43" television, donated by the Hankla family. Representing the historical society were Kathy Patras, LuAnn Schindler, Benita Beutler, Linda Hankla, Deb Bolling and Carla Jacob.
