Flashing lights and reduced speed limit signs will be placed on 513 Avenue, near the Summerland School site.
AaronBoggs, Antelope County road superintendent, told commissioners, Tuesday, they gave a nod for approval a year ago.
Lights will flash when school is in session, as well as when activities are held.
Speed limit on the stretch will drop to 35 miles per hour.
The Summerland district will reimburse the county for the cost of the signs, which will run approximately $14,000. The county will be responsible for maintenance of the signs.
