Vaccine clinic locations announced

North Central District Health Department is now offering COVID-19 vaccine to anyone 18 and older. To schedule an appointment, individuals should go to vaccinate.ne.gov to register. Registrants will receive an email to schedule a time at a clinic of his or her choice. More information is available on this process at the NCDHD website.

Walk-in clinic dates and times for this week, include:

Moderna walk in times (no appointment required):

• Tuesday, April 6: Pierce Fairgrounds Pavilion, 1 to 6 p.m.

• Wednesday, April 7: Springview Community Center, 1 to 4 p.m.

• Thursday, April 8: Rock County High School Gym, 1 to 6 p.m.

• Friday, April 9: Evergreen Independent Living, 12 to 5 p.m.

Additional Moderna clinics are available by appointment only next week. These are in Valentine, Creighton and O'Neill. Individuals may schedule an appointment at vaccinate.ne.gov.

Clinics administering the Johnson & Johnson single dose COVID-19 vaccine require an appointment. District residents may sign up for this vaccine at the link following the clinic information.
