Omaha business creates precast walls for new school
Coreslab Structures, Inc., in Omaha, will supply precast concrete walls for the Summerland School project.
Industrial tech instructor Mike Odell, along with Superintendent Dale Martin, visited the plant, June 15, and saw some of the panels being constructed for the school.
Wall panels include layers of polyethylene, expanded polystyrene, fiberboard sheeting, breather-type building membranes, cell foam insulation, uncoated brick wall, uncoated concrete block and precast concrete.
Walls were expected to arrive beginning Wednesday.
