Donation received • Rita Anson and Josh Napier receive a check from Elkhorn Rural Public Power District, to assist with funding for Ewing's 150th celebration.
Ewing Young Members Club and FunFest Concert Committe received a $1,000 grant for Ewing's 150th Summer FunFest celebration from Elkhorn Rural Public Power District's Operation Round Up.
Rita Anson, a member of the concert committee, said EYMC member Craig Bollwitt asked her to submit an application to the utility company.
Sarah Ahlers, a trustee for the fund, notified Anson of the award. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, representatives from ERPPD were unable to personally deliver the check.
