Two file for District 2 Commissioner spot

Antelope County District 2 Commissioner Eli Jacob will have a challenger for the seat he currently fills.

Donald Lallier, of Orchard, has filed for the position, according to Antelope County Deputy Clerk Denise Kurpgeweit.

Incumbents have until Feb. 18 to register for re-election.

Non-incumbents must file paperwork by March 2.

The Nebraska general primary will be May 12.
