Ronald E. Frazier, 47, of Neligh faced the Honorable Donna Taylor on Monday. Dec. 30, for arraignment on two counts committed Dec. 15 in Neligh, Count I, driving under the influence of alcohol, and Count II, refusal to submit to chemical test, both Class W misdemeanors. Frazier pleaded no contest and was judged guilty by Taylor. She ordered $500 fines on each count, six months revocation of his driver's license on each count, concurrent to each other, along with 10 days in the county jail on Count I and 30 days on Count II, also concurrent, with credit for 15 days previously served. He was also assessed $50 costs of prosecution and ordered to stand committed to jail until fines and costs are paid. Frazier was remanded back to the custody of Antelope County sheriff Bob Moore to serve the sentence.
Guilebaldo Vargas, 32, of Cedar Creek, Texas, faced Taylor for arraignment on a charge of disturbing the peace, a Class 3 misdemeanor committed Dec. 15 in Elgin. Vargas pleaded guilty, pursuant to a plea agreement reached with Abler, who in return, recommended a fine only. Taylor fined Vargas $200 and costs of $50.
Shayna F. Floyd, 22, of St. Cloud, Minnesota, pleaded guilty by waiver to an infraction, possession of marijuana, less than one ounce, first offense, committed Nov. 2. She was fined $300 and $49 costs.
Andrew M. Wolfe, 29, of Norfolk pleaded guilty to violation of a Nebraska Game and Parks regulation, failure to display orange material, a Class 5 misdemeanor committed Nov. 22. He was fined $
