The Lawrence Goscha Scholarship Fund, an affiliated fund of the Nebraska Community Foundation, has established scholarship opportunities for area high schools and their graduates. These schools include Clearwater, Orchard, Elgin Public, Ewing, Neligh-Oakdale, Pope John XXIII Central Catholic and Wheeler Central.
