    Orchard Village Trustees approved a $6,500 bid from John Prouty Construction for demolition of a house situated at 135 W. 3rd Street when they met Oct. 21 in regular session. Clerk Brenda Harrison noted two bids were received for the project. Trustee Tyson Schutt made a motion to accept Prouty's bid and John Ferguson added the second.     Two initiative measures - one requiring photographic identification, one increasing minimum wage - were passed by Nebraska voters during the Nov. 8 General Election.
