    Royal Fire Department will host its 40th annual ice fishing tournament, Jan. 8. Fising will begin at the north end of Grove Lake, at 9 a.m. and continue until 2 p.m. A calcutta will begin at 7 p.m., Saturday, at the Royal Gym. Food and Refreshments will be served.     After a two-years hiatus from ice, the Royal Volunteer Fire Department Ice Fishing Tournament returned with a large group of competitors. Forty-one teams entered the five-hour event, Sunday, at Grove Lake. Royal Fire Chief Gary Ober said it's "great" to have a large number of teams participate and be back on the ice.
