Reed Miller of Miller & Associates, the village's street superintendent, said the plan will remain the same since he didn't know if any projects had been completed. "We complete the one- and six-year plan for highway allocation monies," Miller told officials. "The plan isn't cut it stone. You can change it tomorrow."
