    The Nebraska Supreme Court listened to arguments in two cases, April 27, in O'Neill, as part of Law Day. Twenty-six Summerland students, along with sponsors Dan Roeber and Patty Sukup, got a first-hand look at how the court operates.     SUBMITTED ARTICLE This school year, students in the Summerland personal finance class took part in the Nebraska Personal Finance Challenge. Ashley Melcher, Kelton Bruhn and Jesse Thiele earned a spot to compete in Lincoln on April 14. The trio competed against the top three teams that took the fall challenge and the top teams from the spring challenge.     Two Summerland student organizations - National Honor Society and Future Business Leaders of America - will host American Red Cross blood drives. NHS will host its drive Monday, March 20, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall. Donations may be given between 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. The FBLA drive will be Thursday, March 23, at the Ewing City Hall.
